Bespoke Packages

Make your own bespoke package which could include a talk and hands on energy ball workshop or cooking class for a wellbeing day or staff away day (Depending on numbers and facilities).

I can have different time sessions with groups or host over a couple of days and if there is a particular subject you want a talk focused around, or have an idea for a class, then just send me a message and I will see what I can do.
