Red Pepper & Feta Dip


1 big jarred red pepper

2/3 block of feta or vegan alternative 

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 small clove of garlic (optional)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 

1/2 tsp paprika

Pinch of black pepper 

Serves 4

5 Minutes


Blitz in blender until smooth. Top with extra virgin olive oil, seeds, nuts, herbs etc 

To make into a pasta sauce just add a little of the pasta soaking water to loosen it.
