Ingredients

1 frozen banana

200ml almond or coconut milk

150ml water

Big handful of cashews

1 tsp chia seeds

2 medjool dates de-stoned

1 tbsp milled seeds

Serves 1

5 Minutes

Preparation

Simply blitz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth
